What is your vision for Kendall Bank?
In the next year, we are aiming to have all of our divisions — including commercial banking, mortgage lending, and wealth management — fully developed, profitable, and delivering a high level of service to our customers and communities.

In five years, I would like to see Kendall Bank recognized as a leader and valuable resource in the region. We want to be the best place to work for our associates and the best financial resource for local businesses and families. We also want to make our shareholders proud of their investment and ownership in a great company.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
I enjoy golf and recently have taken up painting. My wife and I also like to travel. In 2016, while traveling in Spain, we decided to visit Pamplona during the Festival of Saint Fermin. My daughter, Anna, and I got a bit caught up in the festivities and ended up running with the bulls.

It’s a great memory, and I encourage people to do the thing or visit the place they’ve always dreamed of.
