We’re excited to announce that Kendall Bank is evolving our technology to make your banking experience even better!

Here are some of the changes we’re making to our banking system:

  • View Balances and Account Activity: View your balances, statements, documents and notices, all in one place. You can also easily set and manage custom alerts in one place.
  • Get Organized: Our new platform will allow you to add notes and images to individual transactions, helping you stay on top of your spending.
  • Financial Health Tools: Use tools to monitor your financial health, like interactive digital bank statements, personal financial management (PFM), and even your net worth.
  • Customizable Experience: You will be able to rearrange your dashboard, with your favorite features more visible.

In the coming month, we’ll provide you with regular updates about the upcoming enhancements. We’ll also send you informative mailers and emails containing further details about the updates and our products, including how we’re improving them. Please make sure we have your updated email on file.

When is the update happening?
The new software and digital platform will launch in late February 2026. We’ll provide timely updates and detailed information to help you prepare ahead of the transition.

What do I have to do as a client?
In the coming month, we’ll keep you informed with emails, mailers, and other communications that will guide you through everything you need to do and when.

Will I get more information about how the updates will affect my ________?
Yes, we’ll be sending you detailed information about how the updates will impact specific Kendall Bank products and services you use. Please keep an eye on your email and mail for essential communications from us.

What if I’m just curious in general about how these updates will affect the different Kendall Bank products I use and how I bank with you?
You will receive MANY communications from us in the coming month on a variety of products and services that will answer all your questions. Our goal is to keep the process clear and straightforward every step of the way.

Will the Kendall Bank website have an update as well, or just the mobile app?
Our public-facing website, kendallbank.com, will not change. The online banking website will feature an updated interface.

What other features will be new?
We look forward to offering you a personalized digital experience. This means a new streamlined look and feel across all your devices that will give you the exact same banking experience and seamless account management, no matter what device you’re using. You will also have the ability to view your balances, statements, documents, and notices all in one place.

Mobile App/Digital Banking FAQ

How will I sign in to Digital Banking?
To log into Kendall’s Digital Banking from a computer after our system update in late February, you will continue to access it through our website, kendallbank.com.

Will I have to download a different Kendall Bank mobile banking app after the update, or will the app update on its own?
For Mobile Banking, if you are an Apple device user and have auto-updates turned on, the app will update automatically. If you do not have auto-updates turned on, you’ll need to go to the App Store to manually update your app.

For Mobile Banking, if you are an Android device user, you must delete the app and re-download the app for it to update. You will still search for Kendall Bank Mobile.

What will I be able to do in digital banking after the system update?
You’ll be able to:

  • View balances, statements, notices, and documents—all in one streamlined digital dashboard, whether online or on your phone.
  • Manage your debit card transactions online with SMS text alerts for card transactions.
  • Use tools like My Credit Manager to monitor financial health, like interactive digital bank statements and funds management.
  • Make mobile deposits and move funds with enhanced real-time and multi-item mobile deposit features.
  • Enjoy state-of-the-art security tools, including real-time fraud monitoring.

Loan # FAQ

Will the new system upgrade affect my loan number?
Yes. Because we’re moving to a new platform, there WILL be a change to your loan number moving forward. Here’s what’s changing:

  • The existing Loan Number that comes over in the system upgrade will be
    the Borrower Number.
  • The Loan Number will be -10. (Example: current Loan Number 1160555 will
    become 1160555-10)

Will I need to do anything different when I pay my loan?
Depending on how you make your loan payments:

  • No action is needed if you make payments from an account at Kendall Bank. We’ll update your transfer automatically.
  • External bill pay: If you pay from another bank, you’ll need to update your loan number after 2/23/2026.
  • Statements and notices: Your new loan number will appear automatically.

Key Dates to Remember

January 30

e-Statement enrollment functionality is no longer available at 12:00 am.

February 19

Access to Bill Pay will end at 4:00 pm. You will not be able to log in or schedule any new payments after this time.

You will be able to access our new Bill Pay platform starting Feb. 23 and resume scheduling payments at that time. Depending on when you need a payment to reach a payee, you may need to make other arrangements during this time.

February 19

Mobile Deposit option will be disabled at 4:00 pm.

February 19

Your existing card will become inactive on Feb 19.  On Feb 19, you may activate your new debit card, set your PIN, and begin using it. Keep the new card in a safe place until activation.

February 19–23

Online & Mobile Banking client access will be limited to inquiry-only after 4:00 pm on Feb. 19 until 9:00 am on Feb. 23. Business access will be disabled at 4:00 pm on Feb. 19 until Feb. 23.

February 20–23

The digital conversion to our new Digital Banking platform will take place Feb. 23 at 9:00 am. During this time, Online & Mobile Banking will not be available.

February 23

The new Digital Banking platform will be live on Monday morning, Feb. 23. On this date, you will be able to download the new app and log into the new system by following the instructions in the Quick Start section.
