Kendall Bank is the top bank lender for SBA loans by volume in the state of Kansas for 2021, according to the most recent report from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, Kendall Bank has five branches across Kansas City and Northeast Kansas. Through the end of the SBA’s 2021 reporting period (ending September 30), Kendall Bank had made 21 SBA loans totaling more than $21,000,000.
President Tim Barron leads the bank’s commercial lending team, which has been at the top of the Kansas City SBA market for more than 10 years.
“We have a great team dedicated to helping our commercial customers,” Barron said. “With the SBA program, we can really think outside the box to find solutions for businesses when traditional financing falls short.”
SBA loans are small business loans partially guaranteed by the U.S. Small Business Administration and issued by its partnering lenders. SBA loans generally have tight lending standards, but with flexible terms and low rates, they can be one of the best options for financing a business
